Ritz-Carlton, Denver – NYE Gala
A black tie optional way of ringing in the new year as well as attempting to break the world record of most people kissing at midnight. The event was tied in and simulcast between 10 cities. Created all marketing materials and promotions, designed and executed the event with all entertainment.
Las Vegas – Professional Recovery Resources
Corporate networking event at the newly opened, $4 million dollar Jet Club. Designed an old school vegas event including the “Rat Pack” and Marilyn Monroe. Played off the name of the club and created an Airline theme. Each guest was gifted aviator glasses and airline wings complete with the clients logo. Competitors and accounts both sported the PRS logo during the event.
Red Rocks – Red Bull – Regional Sales Conference
Coordinated and designed 3 days of meetings including: multiple meeting spaces, dinners, transportation, staff parties and closing gala. Commended by the VP of Red Bull as the most well designed and executed sales meeting.
Through the Looking Glass – Anhueser-Busch
An Alice in Wonderland themed event at 6 Flags. Guests were given a rendezvous point where limousines picked them up and delivered them to the base of the roller coaster inside the park. At the drop of the Queen’s guards loaded them on to the spiral coaster to let them drop down the rabbit hole. 1,000 guests and a night of excitement.
Town of Snowmass – Summer Series
Talent booking and coordinate entertainment for the 6 week summer series every year. The town of Snowmass is the client for this as well as other events and marketing. Provide aerial performers, stilt walkers, jugglers, air brush, clowns, face paint etc.
Seattle – Oktoberfest
A traditional German event designed and executed in Seattle and Denver for Anhueser-Busch. Archery exhibits, custom take home beer steins and Oom-Pah Band. Scouted and booked locations, including tenting under the Space Needle and Invesco Field. Design and event execution.
Children’s Museum – Budweiser Bartenders Ball
Wonka’s Dream was created for 1,000 clients and key accounts. Negotiated use of the Denver Children’s museum to house this walk through Wonkaland. Tented the parking lot, designed the costumes, food, treats, hat’s for all the guests, all the way down to custom outfits for the bartenders.
Aspen Valley – Harley Davidson charity event
A night of fashion and theater to benefit the local animal shelter and promote the new Harley Davidson dealership. Design of the event and fashion show complete with performers, music and cute furry animals.
Charity Event and Company Launch for All the Above Clothing
Client wanted a fashion event that was not the traditional “Fashion Show” to launch their clothing line and benefit 6 At Risk Children’s Charities. Negotiated the lobby of the Denver Post building and used dance troops as the primary fashion models on several stages.
50th Anniversary for the Ski and Snowboard Instructors of America
Was retained to create an atmosphere for the grand dinner and then the closing night party complete with performers walking on water.
Denver – Mile High Sports Magazine
Magazine edition launch party. Snow Angels themed event. Venue booking, event design, coordination, talent booking, costume design. All the way down to the Snow Cones and “Snow Balls” you know the pink coconut and yes the snow cones had kick.
