Kevin Larson Presents (“KLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) produces live events and immersive entertainment experiences in Denver, Colorado. Our business address is 106 S University Blvd, Unit 1, Denver, CO 80209. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit kevinlarsonpresents.com, buy tickets to our events, join our Members Club, or receive our email and text message communications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Commercial information: tickets purchased, events attended, and order history.
  • Internet and network activity: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar analytics data.

  • Information you volunteer: messages you send us, survey responses, and photo or video releases.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this website. Ticket payments are handled by our ticketing partners under their own privacy policies.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you consent to receive text messages from Kevin Larson Presents at that number, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for, through the messaging platform that sends those messages on our behalf.

5. Categories of Information We Disclose

We may disclose the categories of personal information listed in Section 2 to the following types of recipients, and only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: website hosting, email marketing, analytics, and ticketing platforms that work on our behalf.
  • Event venues and production partners: guest lists, will-call, and credentialing for a specific event.
  • Professional advisors: our accountants, attorneys, and insurers.
  • Legal and safety recipients: where required by law or legal process, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell personal information for money.

When you join the Members Club you receive event announcements and member offers by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from email does not automatically cancel your SMS consent, and replying STOP to a text does not unsubscribe you from email. The two programs are managed separately.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. You may also opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act.

9. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our events are intended for adults, and most are restricted to guests 21 and over. This website and our marketing programs are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our pages link to venues, ticketing platforms, performers, and social media sites that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before giving them your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here.
