These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kevinlarsonpresents.com and your participation in the events and communication programs offered by Kevin Larson Presents (“KLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado for-profit business located at 106 S University Blvd, Unit 1, Denver, CO 80209. By using this website, buying a ticket, or joining our Members Club, you agree to these terms.
2. What We Offer
Kevin Larson Presents produces and promotes live entertainment events in Denver, Colorado. Our signature nights include New Year’s Eve galas, Mardi Gras and Kentucky Derby celebrations, Halloween experiences, and themed nightlife parties in hotels, cathedrals, and nightclubs. We sell admission to these events through third-party ticketing platforms, and we operate a free Members Club that delivers event announcements, presale access, and member discounts by email and, with separate consent, by text message.
3. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages from Kevin Larson Presents at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Program Details
- Program name: Kevin Larson Presents Members Club.

- Program description: Event announcements, presale and ticket links, member discounts, and schedule, lineup, or venue updates for KLP events.
- Message types and consent: We offer marketing SMS and transactional SMS. Each has its own separate, unchecked opt-in on our sign-up form. Neither opt-in is required, neither is pre-selected, and both are separate from our email sign-up.
- Message frequency: Frequency varies. Marketing messages are generally limited to no more than 4 to 8 messages per month. Transactional messages are sent only in connection with an event you have signed up for or a ticket you have purchased.
- Cost: Kevin Larson Presents does not charge you to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further marketing texts to that number. You can also email us to be removed.

- Carriers: Supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties.
4. Email Communications
Members Club members receive event announcements and offers by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Email and SMS are separate programs: unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the other.
5. Tickets, Admission, and Refunds
Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms, and that platform’s purchase terms and fees apply to your order. Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are revocable licenses, not property, and we may refuse or revoke admission. If an event is cancelled by us, we will refund the ticket price through the platform you purchased from. Lineups, performers, programming, and venue layouts are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Age Restriction and Entry
Most of our events are restricted to guests 21 and over and require valid government-issued photo identification for entry. Age limits, dress codes, and entry requirements are listed on each event page and are enforced at the door. We are not able to refund a ticket because a guest was refused entry for failing to meet these requirements.
7. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to treat other guests, performers, venue staff, and our team with respect. Harassment, violence, discrimination, weapons, illegal substances, and conduct that endangers others are prohibited, and we may remove any guest without refund for violating this section or the venue’s rules.
8. Photography and Recording
Our events are photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to being recorded and to the use of your image and likeness by Kevin Larson Presents in promotional material, without compensation. Commercial or professional recording by guests requires our written permission.
9. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Attendance at a live event involves inherent risks, including crowds, loud sound, special effects, low light, aerial and fire performance, and dancing. You attend voluntarily and assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Larson Presents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of an event or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket in question.
10. Intellectual Property
The Kevin Larson Presents name, our event names and logos, and the text, images, video, and design of this website are our property or are used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.
11. Website Use
You agree not to interfere with this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it by automated means, or submit false information through our forms. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Continued use of the website or our messaging programs after an update means you accept the revised terms.
