Thirty years of nights Denver still talks about.

Kevin Larson Presents started producing parties in Denver in the 1990s and never stopped. Five of those parties come back every season: the White Rose Gala on New Year's Eve, Paranormal Palace on Halloween, Denver Mardi Gras, Denver Derby Day and the Jammy Jam. Together they add up to more than 500 events, a Denver Post nod as the city's #1 event designer, and 17 straight years as the best in Denver.

The signature is the hotel takeover. A KLP night does not rent a ballroom; it takes the whole building. The lobby, the atrium, the balconies, two or three dance floors and the rooms upstairs all belong to the party, and the night ends in an elevator instead of a rideshare line.

What a KLP night is made of

The whole hotel. Guests book rooms on the party floors months out; atrium rooms at Mardi Gras sell out before tickets do. The room key is part of the ticket.

Performers everywhere. Aerialists, fire performers, stilt walkers, live brass, showgirls and DJs on every floor. At Paranormal Palace, 20 or more performers work the building in one night.

Costume culture. Gatsby on New Year's Eve, hats on Derby Day, beads and masks at Mardi Gras, full costume mandatory on Halloween, with Colorado's largest one-night costume contest paying out $2,500 in cash and prizes.

Denver, and then the road. KLP has produced nights in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Portland, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Aspen Snowmass for clients including Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Red Bull, Jim Beam, OWN and the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
